Check out Great Inventions for Passover, the official Kol Dichfin video!
Kol Dichfin 2012 will once again ensure that young adults who participated in a Conservative movement youth program have a place to go for Passover Seder. Conservative movement kehillot from all over the globe will open their doors to fulfill the ancient commandment found in the Passover Hagadah, "Let All Who Are Hungry Come and Eat!"
Below is a list of congregations participating in this year's program. You can also see if a particular kehillah is offering a seder at the home of a congregant or at the synagogue itself. If you don't see a synagogue near you on the list, please don't give up. Check this site often; the list of participating congregations grows daily. When you get in touch with a kehillah, please mention that you saw it listed on the Project Reconnect website.
You can view kehillot from outside the United States by scrolling down towards the bottom of the page.
Please feel free to contact Daniel at firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions, concerns, etc.
Kol Dichfin is designed to provide a seder meal to alumni such as those in college or grad school who may be away from home, young marrieds, those of our alumni who are just starting out in life, those who may be in the military, and those of our alumni who are truly in need and have not yet been able to affiliate with a shul. Seder meals will be provided at the discretion of the kehillah.
Project Reconnect, an outreach intiative of the United Synagogue of Conservative Judaism's Alumni Department, is proud to work in partnership with Masorti Olami, Masorti Israel, NAASE (North American Association of Synagogue Executives), Women's League For Conservative Judaism and KOACH (USCJ's College Outreach Project) on this year's program.
